Apprenticeship Start at the FRÄNKISCHE Group

On September 1, 28 young people began their apprenticeships or dual-study programs at the FRÄNKISCHE Group – full of excitement, curiosity and team spirit.

Training as an investment in the future

Training young people has been a high priority at the FRÄNKISCHE Group for generations. Trainers, apprentice mentors and specialist departments invest a great deal of time and commitment in providing high-quality training that helps young people grow both professionally and personally.

The goal is clear: high standards, real responsibility from the very beginning and long-term career prospects within the company. After all, those who train with us today will help shape the Group’s products and processes as skilled professionals tomorrow.

Starting together

The first week was all about settling in, getting to know one another and growing together as a team. Following the organizational introduction, the new apprentices and dual-study students met their mentors, explored the company during a company and castle rally around the Schlossberg in Königsberg and kicked off the “healthy for tomorrow” apprentice health program with a back-care training session provided by AOK.

The next day continued on an active note: a hike led the group to an outdoor team training session, where various exercises helped strengthen team spirit while bringing the FRÄNKISCHE Group’s values to life.

A healthy breakfast together with apprentices from the other training years, the construction of their own workpiece and IT training sessions rounded off the first few days before the new apprentices and students joined their training departments with their mentors and began their first assignments.

More to come

The program will continue to offer plenty of variety over the coming weeks. Upcoming activities include meeting the management team, business etiquette training for apprentices, an introduction to the Youth and Trainee Representatives (JAV) and Youth Committee, as well as further training sessions.
