They made it: after several years of training, 22 young professionals received their final certificates, including the three best process mechanics for plastics and rubber technology in Mainfranken (IHK).

Julius Kirchner (CEO FRÄNKISCHE Group) was visibly proud at the ceremony, where Otto Kirchner (shareholder FRÄNKISCHE Group), the apprenticeship supervisors, vocational school teachers and a representative of the works council also congratulated the graduates. They praised both the former apprentices and the quality of the apprenticeship at FRÄNKISCHE - because the modern training workshop, excellent training conditions and comprehensive support offer the best conditions. “The apprenticeship is one of the most important phases in your life, during which you have not only acquired professional skills, but also grown personally,” emphasized Julius Kirchner, who presented certificates and awards for special achievements.

Two industrial mechanics also received recognition from the government of Lower Franconia for their outstanding vocational school qualifications and three of the process mechanics for plastics and rubber technology topped the Würzburg-Schweinfurt Chamber of Industry and Commerce's list of the best in their apprenticeship occupation. “Remember that success is not a straight line - there are ups and downs, but with determination and perseverance you can achieve a lot. FRÄNKISCHE offers numerous opportunities for committed young talents to develop their careers”, Kirchner continues.
