Training starts at the FRÄNKISCHE Group

29 new trainees and dual students get started

A common start with a view

The new trainees and students started with an excursion to the Königsberg castle ruins: breakfast with a view of the new workplace, a tour of the ruins and the first team games - the perfect start to get to know each other better in a relaxed atmosphere. Back at the plant, Julius Kirchner, Managing Partner of the FRÄNKISCHE Group, welcomed the new trainees and gave them exciting insights into the world of the FRÄNKISCHE Group during a joint tour of the company premises: "Your training is the first step into your professional future. Stay curious, be open to change and ready to take on responsibility - then all doors will be open to you here." The following days also offered a varied program: team training, a company rally, a joint barbecue and a visit to the FRÄNKISCHE Museum - before they finally went into their operational departments for the first time.

Apply now for 2026

In 2026, the FRÄNKISCHE Group will once again offer numerous training and study opportunities. Whether IT specialists, industrial clerks, industrial mechanics, plastics and rubber technologists, machine and plant operators, electronics technicians for automation technology, warehouse logistics specialists or dual study programs - the prospects are diverse.
