Vacation fun at FRÄNKISCHE

Ensuring childcare during the long summer vacation is not always easy for parents. All the better that FRÄNKISCHE's vacation program for employees' children took place again this year.

A total of almost 50 children aged between 5 and 12 took part. “The compatibility of family and career is very important to us. With the vacation program, we relieve parents of the worry of childcare for at least a few days during the summer vacations. And the varied days ensure that the children don't get bored (during the summer vacations),” says Julius Kirchner (CEO FRÄNKISCHE Group), pleased about the win-win situation for employees and the company.

To kick off the vacation program, the company mascot FRÄNKI visited the employees' children, who were looking forward to a week full of fun and games. The program included a baking day, a visit to the company fire department, a day at the swimming pool and lots of games. As in previous years, the children were looked after by educational staff from the Haßfurt multi-generation house. “The cooperation between FRÄNKISCHE and the multi-generation house in the care network for all generations is an important component of a family-oriented corporate culture,” says Gudrun Greger, Head of MGH.
